Every car is hand-picked by us and thoroughly checked before going on sale. We offer a warranty on every car we sell and each car comes with a 12 months RAC Roadside Recovery Assistance and is HPI checked and verified.
Finance is available at competitive rates! We have no administration charges or hidden fees, so the price we advertise is the price you pay (unless the customer arranges their own car finance). We work really hard to continually evaluate our pricing ensuring our customers buy our cars at the most competitive prices. Although an appointment is not necessary, if you let us know you are coming we can ensure the car you would like to view is easily accessible for a test drive if you wish. If you are travelling a distance please let us know, and we will hold the vehicle for you with no obligation.
Complaints
There are several ways to make a complaint.
You can contact us on the phone or face to face, or you can send your enquiry to us in a letter or an email to ‘’[email protected]’’ Upon receipt, we will refer your complaint to the individual/department best equipped to respond to your complaint.
Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated, we will provide you with the outcome of such investigations as soon as possible (please allow 7-10 working days for a formal written response). Where appropriate, you will receive details of any proposed action to resolve the reported issues and if necessary, you will be given an apology.
If you are not happy with our response, and you are an eligible complainant, you can escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman, you must do so within six months of the date of the final response letter.
